Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. People often recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my life from ups to the downs. I came to America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. My parents were my inspiration and helped me to become successful. My mind could see the path I wanted to take to live my life. You go to college and then graduate. Get married. Buy a house. Create children. I thought that was the ultimate definition of success. but life was not so sure to show me the meaning of success. The year 2013 brought me to the realization that it difficult to accept my job. Even though the compensation and the status was great but I did not feel that it fulfilled me. In reality, I thought I was spending my time. As I began to move toward a new direction in my life, I discovered that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I have a love for exercise, enjoy being around people and helping people. The year 2014 was the year that I founded my small company and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. In this field it is not a lot of Asian females. In the coaching industry, I want to make a difference by providing quality training to help others become healthier and happier. Additionally, I would like everyone to be able to achieve their goals and accomplish whatever they want in their life. My professional career began to take off when I was experiencing the most happiness of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career took off. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and is now in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and heart always. Life's lessons are often hidden from us however they are very useful. My mother's death affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me another chance to live my life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to embark on a new journey as I was given my second shot at an enjoyable and satisfying life. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. It is true that I am living my life now, instead of merely living as I did in the past. In sharing my story I hope my words will resonate with those of yours. I hope that my words can help you realize that you're not alone. I believe that you are blessed with the ability to achieve whatever you want to achieve. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have your death be without regrets, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about for the rest of our lives.
